Holidays and weekends

Well, i like any other ladies are following the trend to diet and be slim...it works during weekdays when i'm bz at work....occasionally the tempation of good food rules against my will to diet...

But on holidays and weekends....it's too difficult to go on the diet...coz if i stay at home...will be so free that i'll always be looking for food to eat, chocolates, ice creams...junk food...not healthy..

Then if i go out..i'll have even more choices of food..after walking in shopping mall...need a rest for the tired feet and automatically we'll end up in a cafe or restaurant for a drink....and definitely food as well...choices of cafes like Coffee Bean, Starbucks, Uncle Lim, Old Town Kopitiam, Delifrance, etc...and for restaurants...fast food like McD, KCF, Burger King, Nandos, Pizza Hut...japanese like Sushi King, Genki Sushi, Sakae Sushi....Western food like TGIF, Windmill, Victoria Station, San Francisco Steakhouse...there's also local flavours like Chicken Rice Shop, Secret Recipe, Satay Kajang, and lots more...how to resist..

Yummy yummy....

We Malaysians cannot get away from talking about food....it's all about us...
Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Char Kueh Teow, Satay, Assam Laksa......all the delicious food available here...
I've always heard of many talking about the best Nasi Lemak...the best Char Kueh Teow, Assam Laksa, Curry Laksa....it's so yummy that i can't help to go and try and tell....
We also have lots of buffet, high tea that we can indulge various of food at one go..how lucky we are....
We also have the priviledge to get hungry in the wee hours of the morning and just go to a 'mamak' stall for teh tarik, roti canai, mee goreng....
We are SOooooooo...lucky.....
And this is also the reason, the slimming centres are mushrooming the the country!!!
